Herbert Weldon Frase, age 89, of Venice, Fl died on February 18, 2008. He was born in Milwaukee, WI on December 15, 1918, and moved to Florida from Allendale, MI. Mr. Frase was a Professor of Child Psychology at Grand Valley State University before he retired. He was a WWII Army veteran and a member of the Lions Club in Allendale. Surviving family members include his daughter Linda (Robert) Meyer of Windermere, FL; grandson Mark Meyer of Windermere; granddaughter Katie (David) Dent of Cincinnati, OH; great granddaughter Madison Kent; and sister Jean Emory of Evansville, IN
