April 27th, 1919 - January 9th, 2008
Trion Dengelegi -88, of Nokomis, Florida died on January 9, at Heritage Health Center in Venice, Fla. Born in New Brunswick, he lived in both Perth Amboy and Edison. He was a World War II veteran who served in the U.S. Marines with the 5th Division and was honorably discharged in 1944. He moved to Fla. in 1960 and worked there as a state certified civil engineer and independent contractor, building both commercial and residential properties. He was a member of both the Venice American Legion and Moose Lodge. He was predeceased by his parents Louis and Julia, brothers Victor, Steve, and Gabe, and wives Grace and Alyce. He is survived by his brother Louis of Freehold, sister Jean Thompson of Edison, sons Keith of Toms River and Richard, of Theodosia, Missouri, daughters in-law Cynthia and Christine, grandchildren Dawn Baker, Richard, Michael, Patrick, and Dylan and great-grandchildren Joseph and Hannah Baker.
