Carl J. Schwartz of Venice, FL passed away on March 15, 2007. He was 73. He was born August 19, 1933 in Toledo, OH and moved to Venice, FL in 2002. He was a Sea Bee in the Navy. He worked for Ohio Bell Telephone Company for 42 years. He was a lifetime member of the Maumee Elks Lodge in Ohio. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Janet; two children: Randy (Amy) Schwartz and Wendy (Bill) Koepfer; six grandchildren; a twin sister, Caryl Smenner and brother, David Schwartz. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at Venice Presbyterian Church in Venice, FL. Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel, is handling arrangements. Friends may visit anytime online at www.farleyfuneralhome.com to sign a guest register book and to extend condolences to the family. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to an organization of the donor’s choice.
