Robert George Pruss, 63, of North Port passed away on November 30th. Born in Bronx, NY on May 31, 1943; he was a resident of Tampa before moving to North Port eight years ago. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Port Charlotte. Survivors include his wife Barbara; son Robert V. and daughter Christine Roberts both of White Plains, NY; sister Nancy of Silver Spring, MD; six grandchildren. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2801 Fruitville Rd. Suite 250 Sarasota, FL 34237.
