Mary Lyn Oswald, 75, died peacefully on August 23, 2006. She was born October 30, 1930 in Minden City, MI. She moved to Venice in 1990 from West Bloomfield, MI. She was a Comptroller for her husband’s company for 22 years in Michigan. Survivors include her beloved husband, Hugh Oswald; son, Gregory (Linda) of West Bloomfield, MI; daughter, Lori Clark (Neil) of Huber Heights, OH; son, Kevin (Mary Cae) of Farmington Hills, MI; six grandchildren: Scott (Kristina), Erik, Ian Clark (predeceased), Natalie, Ashley, and Sean. Visitation will be from 4-6 PM on Saturday, August 26, 2006 at Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel. Farley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Teen Tobacco Prevention c/o American Lung Association, Gulfcoast Area, 12734 Kenwood Lane, Suite 25, Fort Myers, FL 33907 or to TideWell Hospice and Palliative Care, 5955 Rand Boulevard, Sarasota, FL 34238. Friends may visit anytime online at www.farleyfuneralhome.com to sign a guest register book and extend condolences to the Oswald family.
