Bess Bruce Minckler, 93,of Ocala and formerly of Venice Isles in Venice, FL; died on March 18, 2006 at the Munroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala, FL. She was born on May 6, 1912 in Wisconsin. She moved from Kalamazoo, MI to Venice, FL where she lived for 20 years before moving to Ocala last September. She was a receptionist for KVP Company in Parchment, MI and then for Kalacraft Incorporated in Kalamazoo, MI for 10 years before her retirement in 1972. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Parchment, MI. She is survived by her son, Thomas Bachmeyer of Ocala, FL; sister, Irene Bushland of Hayward, WI and three grandchildren. Services are Private. Interment will be at Venice Memorial Gardens, Venice, FL. Memorial Donations may be made in her name to the Salvation Army, P.O. Box 69, Venice, FL 34284. Global Mortuary, Largo, FL is handling arrangements. Friends may visit anytime online at www.farleyfuneralhome.com to sign a guest register book and extend condolences to the Minckler family.
