Paul James Blake age 68 of Venice, FL passed away on August 3, 2023. He was born on August 16, 1954, in Tucson, AZ. Paul relocated to Venice, FL in 2020 after living in Eden Prairie, MN, and Blackwood, NJ. He graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science and became the owner of PMJ Sales Inc., representing manufacturers and selling building materials. He received numerous sales achievement awards from companies he represented. He will be remembered for his love of all Philadelphia sports, especially the Eagles and Phillies. He is preceded in death by his father Paul James Blake Sr. Left to cherish his memory are his son Jason Blake and daughter-in-law of Phoenix, AZ.; mother Maryann Blake Savich (nee O'Neill) of Ocean City, NJ; sister Patricia Mason of Somers Point, NJ; nieces Leanne Catullo (Mike Pierce) and Lisa Catullo (Jeff Fick); great-niece Savannah; and uncles Jim (Maureen) Bigley and David (Sharon) Gurtcheff. A mass will be held on Monday, August 21st at 4 pm at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 3948 Central Ave, Ocean City, NJ 08226. A memorial service for Paul will be held at a later date.
