Lawrence Taylor Dawson Jr., 88, of Lynchburg, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at his home. Born on April 29, 1932 in Lynchburg, he was a son of the late Lawrence Taylor Dawson Sr. and Minnie Morris Dawson. He was retired as a cartoonist in New York City. He is survived by his brother, Wayne W. Dawson of Lynchburg. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 11 a.m. in Fort Hill Memorial Park.
