Terry Lynn Cox
June 13th, 1954 - October 20th, 2021
Terry Cox, 67 of Lynchburg, died Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at his home. Born June 13, 1954 in Rhode Island, Terry was the son of the late Ashton and Margaret Cox. He was married to Belinda Nickerson Cox until she preceded him in death. On May 22, 1998 he married Patricia Mays. He was a member of 5:17 Worship Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife. Terry is survived by his wife Patricia; two daughters, Melissa Robertson (Troy), Angela Cox (Sarah), Teresa Alexandra (Melvin); three sons, Timothy Cartret, Gene Daniel, Bobby Moore; 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He is further survived by two sisters, Robin Turner (Steve) and Elaine Bohling (Mark). Terry was employed by Sentry Equipment until his retirement. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 25th, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Fort Hill Memorial Park with the Rev. Jack “Steve” Turner, officiating. Friends may call at the time of service.
