Larkin Taylor DuVal, Jr., 84, went home to be with his LORD Sunday, January 24, 2021. He was born July 26, 1936, in Hampton VA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Larkin T. DuVal, Sr., and Frances Ann Avery DuVal. He lived in Lynchburg for last 50 years. He started his own business, DuVal X-Ray Company, in 1974 in the Lynchburg and surrounding areas His business was in sales, service, and installation. He retired fully from his work in 2019. He was a successful businessman and loved his work. He was loved by his wife and children greatly and will be missed by all. He is survived by his wife Jean Fleenor DuVal, 3 daughters: Tamara Sanchez of Richmond, Va; Renee’ Saunders(Chuck) of Powhatan, and Andi DuVal-Vaughan of Richmond, VA; one son, Larkin T. DuVal, III of Snoqualmie, WA, and his sister, Gloria Ann German(Milton) of Gloucester, VA. .He has 7 grandchildren: Chandler of Milton, Fl, Miguel, Larkin, Marcos, and Kristi of Richmond, Va. and Logan and Grant of Snoqualmie, WA and 7 great-grandchildren: Anthony, Philip, Samuel, and Timothy of Milton, Fl and Vanessa and Jaxon of Richmond, Va and George of Alaska. Two stepsons, Jeffrey Fleenor of Lynchburg, VA and Jeremy Fleenor(Amber) and step-grandson, Grayson of Moneta, VA, There will be no public service at this time.
