Joseph Ray Dudley, 61, of Lynchburg, Va. passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Born in Lynchburg Virginia January 25, 1960, he was the son of the late Melvin Junior Dudley and Wanda Nadine Kesterson. He was a Master Plumber and Contractor and the owner of Dudley’s Plumbing and Repair Inc. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Kathy Scott Dudley; brothers Tommy Dudley Sr. of Rustburg VA, Ronnie Dudley, of Rustburg VA, Frank (Bo) Dudley of Altavista VA, and Richard E. Dudley of Wilmington NC., Brother in laws, Erle Scott, Jeff (Tin Man) Scott, Marty Scott, Gary Scott, and Justin Scott. He is also survived by his best friend, Gary Hudson and honorary brothers Roger Shepard, Mark Grogan, Richard Clingempeel, Robert Ray Law and a host of special Nephews and Nieces. Visitation will be Monday, evening, April 12th, from 7 to 9 pm. A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 2:00 in Springhill Cemetery, Lynchburg Va. In place of flowers, you can give donations to help offset funeral expenses by sending it to CMC Supply P.O.
