Janice Hughes Horn
December 5th, 1937 - January 4th, 2023
Janice Hughes Horn, age 85, of Rustburg, Virginia, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. Born December 5, 1937, in Madison Heights, Virginia, Janice was the daughter of the late Harry Andrew Hughes, Sr. and Evelyn Moon Hughes. She was preceded in death by her sister, Juanita Hughes Frankin. Janice is survived by her husband, Marvin Ray Horn, sister, Shirley Tomlin, brother, Harry Hughes, Jr., (Linda), her son, Larry Ray Godsey (Kristi) of Rustburg, Virginia, four grandchildren, Jordan Godsey, Marc Godsey (Jessica), Tyler Godsey (Kirstin) and Kathern Godsey (Carter) and five great-grandchildren. Janice was a member of Flat Creek Baptist Church. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers and to honor Janice's love for animals, contributions can be made to the Campbell County Humane Society, P.O. Box 659, Rustburg, Virginia 24588.
