January 20th, 1959 - February 17th, 2024
Laurie Johnson, my beautiful mother, passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord February 17, 2024. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and grandmother. Her smile and laugh were contagious. She loved her family, friends, the ocean, a snowy day, and her cats dearly. She brought joy into the lives of those who knew her and we are all blessed to have had her in our lives. 'He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more. Neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore. For the former things have passed away.' Revelation 21:4 Visitation will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at Diuguid Funeral Service & Crematory-Waterlick Chapel 434-237-2722. In lieu of flowers and condolences we ask that a donation be made to a mental health organization of your choosing.
