Services will be held Friday January 24, 2014 at 11:30 am at Fort Logan National Cemetery, staging area “B.” Survivors include his wife Mary; daughter Ursula Craig (Derek ) and grandchildren Zachary Weddingfeld, Zahra Craig & Dagan Craig of Broomfield, Co and daughter Delilah Anderson ( David) grandchildren Karen Wade & Gerald Wade of Lake Dallas, Texas his son, Carl Malone of Arvada, Co. grandson Chris Malone of Mesquite, Texas his ister Connie Hawkins of Dallas, Texas; brothers, Ben Salas & Dan Salas of Garland , Texas and David Salas of Dallas, Tx. Preceded in death: Parents Carmen & Jimmy Guzman, sister Mary Hernandez, brothers Ruben Guzman and Jessie Rodriguez Don worked at IBM for 18 years , His first job in Colorado was in 1975 for Controll Data at the Denver Federal Center where he was employed for 14 years in communications. He retired September 2013. Family meant a lot to him and he dearly loved his grandchildren .
