Lois passed from this life on May 27th, 2019, at 89 years. She will be laid to rest next to her husband Chester Jackson (d: 2011). Lois was born in Finley, Oklahoma to Raymond and Stella Tucker on July 22, 1929. Lois had 5 brothers and 4 sisters, she was the last surviving child. Lois is survived by her children and their spouses, Gary Jackson (Wilma), Becky Medlock (Jim ), Jonathan Jackson (Susan) and Patti Danley (Chris), Lois has 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren living in Colorado and California. Lois was a kind, selfless, very Spiritual woman, Baptized in our Lord Jesus Christ. She grew up in Oklahoma going to school and earning a Bachelors Degree in college and became a school teacher. Lois and Chester continued living in Oklahoma, had their 4 children there. In 1964 they moved to California, Lois continued her teaching career as a school teacher teaching at San Fernando Christian School. It was a labor of love ministering Christ as well as teaching her students the 3 R’s of education. In 1987 Lois and Chester moved to Colorado, their children had already all moved there beginning in 1973. Lois continued teaching in Park County at the Guffey School. Moving to Lakewood she became a preschool teacher. Lois lived in Lakewood until her passing.
