Kemp, Barbara L., 88, of Glenwood Springs, CO, passed away on Jan. 1, 2011, surrounded by family. Born February 12, 1922, in Baltimore, MD, was the first child of Mildred and Louis T. Lenderking. She was a 1940 graduate of Forest Park High School in College Park, MD. Survived by her husband, Donald, daughters Bonnie (Will) Roberts of Killingworth, CT; Donna Kemp and Carol Brinson of Highlands Ranch, CO; Mary (Kevin) Korn of Centennial, CO; Judy (Ray) Morales of Kapolei, HI; son Tim Kemp of Erie,CO; grandchildren Marcia Brinson; Mike, Sharon, and Marilyn Roberts; Ryan and Tyler Korn, David and Joey Morales; great-grandchildren William Roberts; Haley and Anders Brown; Braden Brinson. Preceded in death by daughters Joyce Kemp and Karen Terrell; parents; sister Nancy Pugh; brother Hugh Lenderking. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Heritage Club Nursing Home, 6450 South Boston Street,Greenwood Village, CO 80111, (303) 224-9455.
