Un Hui Pak
December 13th, 1927 - October 19th, 2020
Un Hui Pak was the daughter of Chong Ki Kim and Chong Cha Kim of Seoul, South Korea. Un Hui Pak was woman of faith who loved the Lord and attended Korean Community Presbyterian church every Sunday. She was a loving and devoted wife of Jinyoung Pak (deceased). She came to the United States in the 70’s with her 4 children and 2 grandchildren. Her daughters are Hyon Cha Bush and Hyon Suk Jacobs (deceased) and her sons are Sang Yu Pak and Sang Un Pak. She has 6 grandchildren; Jay Jacobs, Sue Bush Shelton, Kevin Pak (deceased) , Michelle Pak, Grace Pak, and Daniel Pak. Un Hui Pak took care of all of her grandchildren when they were babies. She loved taking care of people and loved babies so much. Her great grandchildren are Evie Shelton, Zoey Shelton, and Claire Pak. Un Hui Pak also took care of 2 of her great grandchildren as well. She loved her grandchildren so much and loved taking care of them. They brightened her world and she shone in theirs. She is loved dearly and will be missed greatly. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 11am in the chapel at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 10:00 - 11:00am prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Greenlawn Memorial Park is one of Columbia's most historic perpetual care cemeteries. This gorgeous setting combines serenity, natural beauty, and diligent care for generations of families. North Lake, located in the center of our park, offers a water feature and is the site of many local events, including an annual Easter sunrise service, a Greenlawn tradition for over 50 years. The park also has a veteran's section, private family estates, a columbarium with niches for cremated remains, and an incredible granite mausoleum....
