Jack Ellsworth Cloud
September 17th, 1951 - November 26th, 2021
Jack Ellsworth Cloud, beloved dad, brother, and grandpa, passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021. Born in Korbach, Germany on September 17, 1951, he was the son of the late Robert O. and Gisela Seewald Cloud. Jack retired from AgFirst Farm Credit Bank in 2009. He enjoyed collecting various antiques, attending car shows, hobby trains, lunches with his brother, and spending time with his sons and grand-daughters. He is survived by his sons, David Cloud (Sharon), and Donald Cloud (Carmen); brother, Robert Cloud, Jr.; and cherished grand-daughters, Katie and Kenzie Cloud. A visitation will be held at 10:00am on Monday, November 29, 2021 at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC. A graveside service will follow at 11:00am at Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Greenlawn Memorial Park is one of Columbia's most historic perpetual care cemeteries. This gorgeous setting combines serenity, natural beauty, and diligent care for generations of families. North Lake, located in the center of our park, offers a water feature and is the site of many local events, including an annual Easter sunrise service, a Greenlawn tradition for over 50 years. The park also has a veteran's section, private family estates, a columbarium with niches for cremated remains, and an incredible granite mausoleum....
