Donna Lynn Summers
April 3rd, 1956 - April 13th, 2023
Donna Lynn Summers passed away on April 13, 2023. She was 67 years old. She was born in Roanoke, Virginia, but raised in Columbia, South Carolina. She is preceded in death by parents, Waynell Carpenter and Carl Carpenter; sister, Diane Smith; and her beloved dog, Bumpkin. She is survived by daughter, Cindy Winters; granddaughters, Brandi Mahaffey and Brittani Martin; sister, Vickie Padgett; and great grandson, Kibbin Gossett. Donna was an entrepreneur. She owned several Successful businesses throughout her career. During retirement she enjoyed making holiday wreathes and organizing biker benifits to raise money for those in need. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 18 at 3:00pm at Serenity Gardens.

Greenlawn Memorial Park is one of Columbia's most historic perpetual care cemeteries. This gorgeous setting combines serenity, natural beauty, and diligent care for generations of families. North Lake, located in the center of our park, offers a water feature and is the site of many local events, including an annual Easter sunrise service, a Greenlawn tradition for over 50 years. The park also has a veteran's section, private family estates, a columbarium with niches for cremated remains, and an incredible granite mausoleum....
