Martha Patterson, 92, of Columbia, entered into rest, Monday, October 26, 2015 at Providence Hospital, Forest Drive. Born August 3, 1923 in Jefferson City, MO she was the daughter of the late Mose and Audrey Martin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gillette V. Patterson. She will be missed by her children, Marty Gill Unger (Don), Vance Martin Patterson (Mary Jo), and Janette Lee Haas (Eric); ten grandchildren, Cody (Sami), Matt, and Devin (Crystal) Patterson, Megan Patterson Hammond (JJ), Ashley Lansing (Gilbert), Kimberly and Brian Unger, Lan (Katie) and Ryan (Kate) Haas, and Erin Haas Eckstein (Kraig): 13 great grandchildren, Jacob, Alyscia, Ryleigh, Claire, Sean, Skyler, Emma, Charlotte, Ethyn, Tripp, Mason, Benjamin and Madison. A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Patterson will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 in the Greenlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M., on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209.
