Joseph S. Crouch, 14, of Columbia, South Carolina passed away December 20, 2017 in Columbia SC. He was born on February 25, 2003 in Columbia, South Carolina to Rodney and Kristie Higgins Crouch. Joseph is survived by his parents of Columbia SC, one sister, Lyndsey Crouch and one brother, Rodney Crouch, Jr. both of Columbia SC. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother Kathy Mahaffey of Hopkins SC, paternal grandmother Glenda Crouch of Columbia SC and paternal grandfather Herbert S. Crouch of Jamestown TN. Joseph was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Amos R. Higgins. Joseph was very passionate about his J.R.O.T.C. service and was a member of the German Club at A.C. Flora High School in Columbia. The family will receive friends at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park on Tuesday December 26, 2017 from 6 pm-8pm. Graveside services will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 845 Leesburg Road in Columbia on Wednesday December 27, 2017 at 10 am. Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
