Columbia—Jennifer Louise Stanfield, 29, of Columbia, entered into rest Monday, May 12, 2014. Born November 1, 1984 in Columbia, SC she was a daughter of Sherry (Fish) Stanfield and the late Richard (Ricky) Stanfield. Jennifer was a loving daughter, sister, mother and friend to many. In addition to her father, Jennifer was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Thomas and Barbara Fish; paternal grandparents, Douglas and Norma Stanfield; uncle, Doug Stanfield and aunt, Vickie Stanfield. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her companion, Joe Lancaster; son William Thomas (Willy-T) Lancaster; brother, Brandon (Dun-Dun) Stanfield; sister, Brianna (Nina) Stanfield; mother and father-in-law (companion's parents), Tommy and Debbie Lancaster; aunts, Cindy (Ken) Skipper, Tammy (Marc) Meddaugh and Donna (Jeff) Hellerman; uncles, Johnny Fish and Wayne Long; as well as many cousins. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M., on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209, with Roger Fleming, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., on Friday, May 16, 2014 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to, Donna K. Hellerman on behalf of William "Willy-T" Lancaster College Fund, via TD Bank, P.O. Box 190, Blythewood, SC 29016.
