William Martin
February 3rd, 1922 - August 24th, 2016
Dr. William (Bill) Martin was born on February 3, 1922 in Chicago Illinois. Bill passed away on August 24, 2016 in Aurora, Colorado. Bill graduated from Loyola University Dental School. He also had extensive additional schooling in oral surgery and orthodontics. He honorably served in the Armed Forces during WWII at the Marine Hospital in New York where he practiced oral surgery. Bill practiced both maxiofacial surgery and orthodontics in the Denver and Aurora areas. He loved to travel all over the world, meet new people and always continued to learn. He is survived by his wife, Marion (Mickey) Martin, married 68 years; two daughters, Joyce Hodgson and Joan MacLennan; one son, Bill Martin; and 5 grandchildren, Jacklyn MacLennan, Dustin Martin, Kevin Martin, Arianne Martin and Jeff Harrison. Bill will be laid to rest at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
