WEST COLUMBIA: Funeral services for Wilbur Ronald Fulmer, 68, will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, February 25, 2013, in the Chapel of Redemption, officiated by Pastor Dave Phillips. Interment will follow in St. Peter's Lutheran Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 p.m. prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America, 6437 Garners Ferry Rd., Room 1121, Columbia, SC 29209 or Animal Protection League, P.O. Box 5354, Columbia, SC 29250. Mr. Fulmer passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013. Born in Lexington County, SC, he was a son the late Wilbur Roscoe Fulmer and Toye Roberta Stoudemire Fulmer. He was retired after 22 years service in the Army National Guard. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother who loved life. Survivors include his loving wife of 25 years, Pamela J. Fulmer; daughter, Amanda Jean Fulmer of New York; son, William Ronald Fulmer of Pelion and step-son, Alan Moore (Apryl) of Turbeville; brother, Carroll Fulmer (Lynn) of Gilbert and one step grandchild. Mr. Fulmer was preceded in death by an infant brother, Lonnie and a sister, Pauline Addy.
