LEXINGTON: Funeral services for Lillie Mae Faulkner, 89, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, August 20, 2012, in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, officiated by Reverend Gary N. Hillyard. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be Pasha Hillyard, Christopher Reddick, Brandon Reddick, Hayden Graham, Cameron Graham and Garrison Graham. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 p.m. prior to service at the funeral home. Mrs. Faulkner, wife of John Willard Faulkner, passed away Friday, August 17, 2012. Born in McCormick, SC, she was a daughter of the late Alvin Nicklous McKinney and Savilla Rosaline Kelly McKinney. She was a member of North Trenholm Baptist Church. Mrs. Faulkner spent her life taking care of her family which she chose to do out of her love, devotion and concern for her family. Family was everything to her. Survivors are: husband of 72 years, John Willard Faulkner; daughters, Rosemary Reddick of Gilbert, SC and Cynthia Hillyard (Rev. Gary) of Anahuac, TX; son, John W. Faulkner, Jr., of Lexington; sister, Louise Stokes of N. Charleston, SC; six grandchildren, Todd Reddick (Pam) of Lexington, Crystal Graham (Ernest) of West Columbia, Maybry Klein (Bob) of Seattle, WA Forrest Hillyard (Lisa) of Seattle, WA, Mindy Lake and Paul Hillyard of Anahuac, TX; twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Mrs. Faulkner was preceded in death by a sister, Mattie Moore.
