Deirdre Spradley Williams West Columbia - Deirdre "DeeDee" Spradley Williams, 55, of West Columbia, South Carolina passed away July 12, 2017 at Lexington Medical Center West Columbia, South Carolina. She was born on August 28, 1961 in Lexington, South Carolina to Brinda and Robert Browder. In addition to her parents, Ms. Williams is survived by her husband of 37 years, Don Williams; sister, Sheila Randall (Greg); brother, Dean Spradley; sister-in-law, Teresa Williams; a niece, three nephews and three great nieces. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 3:00 PM in the chapel at Thompson Funeral Home, 4720 Augusta Road, Lexington, SC with burial to follow in Southland Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, July 14, 2017 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation at www.pulmonaryfibrosis.org.
