A funeral service for Jonathan Lloyd Pierce, 26, of Columbia will be held at 11a.m. on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 in Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ron Daves officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10a.m. on Tuesday morning until the hour of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Temple Baptist Church, 806 Universal Drive, Columbia, SC 29209 in Jonathan?s memory. The family has entrusted Greenlawn Funeral Home with the arrangements. Jonathan passed away on Friday, September 17, 2010. He was born in Charleston, SC to Brenda Kaufmann Trafficanti and William ?Bill? J. Pierce. Jonathan was a member of Temple Baptist Church and he was a 2003 graduate from A.C. Flora High School. Surviving are his loving mother and step-father, Brenda and John Trafficanti; his father and step-mother, Bill and Liz Pierce; his maternal grandmother, Caro Nell Kaufmann; aunt, Sarah McClain; uncle, Craig Kaufmann; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
