Jane Maria Rodgers’ journey through life came to an end onThursday August 5, 2010. Jane is survived by her beloved husband, Bob of Aurora, Colorado, her daughters Kimberly Griffeth (Michael) of Brighton, Colorado, Karen Cook (Brad) of San Diego, California, Kali Rodriguez (Misael) of Aurora, Colorado, and Krysten Rodgers (John) of Aurora, Colorado. Jane was known to her grandchildren as their “Crazy Nana” Alexander, Nathaniel, Abygail, Sarah, Caitlyn, Gianna, Makenzie, Lilly, and Baby Boy Cantu will miss her dearly. Jane is also survived by her sisters and brother Yolanda Sanchez, Victoria Cox, Sandra Yoshimura, and Anthony Marquez. In addition to said family members Jane also made a profound mark on the lives of her many nieces and nephews. Jane loved life and family. You could often find her hanging outwith her beloved friends at the neighborhood watering hole, camping at Hot Sulpher Springs with her husband, chasing her grandbabies through the house, taking them to school, attending their sporting and schooling events, and spending time with each of her four daughters. If there was a problem that needed solving, Jane would find a way to solve it. Although, brain cancer took this beautiful woman from us all too soon, Jane’s spirit, generosity, and love lives on through her family and friends. May you run, walk, and talk with the angels: Cakes, Mom, Nana, Sister, Aunt, and friend we all LOVE you. The family invites you to a celebration of life service on Friday August 13, 2010 from 12:00-1:30 at: Bear Valley Christian Church 6800 West Hampden Avenue Lakewood, Colorado 80227 In lieu of flowers Jane’s family wishes for a donation to be made onher honor to the: National Brain Tumor Society 22 Battery Street Suite 612 San Francisco, California 94111-5520
