Elizabeth M. Threatt, 81, of Rock Hill, passed away Monday, October 24, 2016. She was born on July 15, 1935 in Orangeburg to the late Harry and Uldene Hall Metts. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her two sons, Abbott L. "Abby" Bray and Caine Bray. Elizabeth attended Columbia College and studied Business Education. She moved to Cayce where she resided the majority of her life. She was a member of First Baptist of West Columbia and own and operated several boutiques in the Columbia area. Elizabeth is survived by her sons, Joey Bray (Caryl) and Lawrence "Ren" Neal Bray; grandsons, Chris Lollis, Tre' Bray, Neal Bray, Taylor Bray, Grayson Bray and Silas Bray; sister, Delores Banner; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 12 p.m. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be private. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3223 Sunset Blvd, Ste. 100, West Columbia, SC 29169.
