November 20th, 1938 - February 6th, 2019
It is with great sadness that the family of Charlotte Tuggle Walker announces her passing after a battle with cancer at the age of 80. Charlotte passed away peacefully on February 6th in her son’s home with all of her children around her. Charlotte was born and raised in Memphis,Tennessee She was married to Marion “Pete” Walker for 51 years. Her husband’s career brought them to Colorado in 1981. She was a housewife and an amazing mother who sacrificed her life to her children. She always had an open door and plenty of food for all the neighborhood kids. She is survived by her brothers J.W. Tuggle of Water Valley MS., Newell Tuggle, and William Tuggle of Memphis, TN. and three children Dana Towndrow, Dan Walker, and David Walker of Lakewood, CO. She had 5 grandchildren, Lanette, Daniel Jr., Tory, Trey, and Connor and two step-children, Tiffany and Kyle Towndrow. She had a daughter-in-law, Doreene Walker and a son in law, Tim Towndrow.
