Jeff Alexander Castillo On March 11th, 2013, after fighting a long hard battle, Jeff Alexander left this life unexpectedly due to complications from Parkinson’s. Born on Sept 2, 1977 in Boise, Idaho to Steven and Olgie Castillo and raised in McCall, Idaho where he graduated from McCall – Donnelly High School. He was an accomplished athlete and enjoyed success in Wrestling, Football, and Judo. In 1995 Jeff moved to Colorado Springs in hopes of furthering his education and his sports career. Shortly thereafter Jeff was accepted to live and train at the Olympic Training Center, which was one of his greatest sports triumphs, that as well as receiving his All-American certificate in Judo. Jeff received his associate degree from University of Colorado, Colorado Springs in Sports Medicine. As a licensed Journeyman plumber he became owner of Castillo Plumbing. Years later Jeff found his calling as a Massage Therapist. Jeff had a quiet demeanor about him, was the size of a giant and had a heart that equaled his size. Jeff loved cooking for his family, enjoyed hanging at their cabin, never questioned or complained about the cards he was dealt in life, and was everybody’s ‘Go to person’ when needed. Jeff is survived by his wife Natascha, of 16 years, sons Alek and Sebastian, and daughters Eviana and Cassie of Colorado Springs, his mother Olgie Castillo, sister Tina Gould, brother Steve of Boise, Idaho, and older siblings Danny, Ben, Sam, Charlie, Jim, Eddie, Robert, and Rosie. He was preceded in death by, and now joins his father Steven Castillo. An open house to celebrate Jeff’s life will be held at 6832 Metropolitan St, Colorado Springs, Co 80911 on Saturday March 16th from 4pm to 7pm, and inurnment resting place will be in Boise, Idaho.
