Craig Campbell
March 15th, 1970 - July 23rd, 2009
Craig Michael Campbell passed away at his residence in Bremerton, Washington on July 23, 2009. Craig was born in Pueblo, Colorado on March 15, 1970. Craig is survived by his parents, Edward and Diana Brown of Bailey, Colorado. He is survived by his wife, Deborah and 5 year old daughter, Allyssa, “Aly”. He also has a daughter, 15 year old Marisa, with his former wife Lisa Rutledge, both residing in Bennett, Colorado. Craig leaves behind his sister, Tracie, her husband Jeff and their son Cody, of Pine, Colorado. He is also survived by his grandparents, John and Frankie Parrish of Colorado Springs; his aunt, Kathy Parrish of Littleton, Colorado; uncle, John Parrish, his wife Mary and their two children, Adrianne and Susan. Ray and Patricia Cowen of Kennedale, Texas, as well as several additional cousins living in Texas survive Craig. Craig proudly served his country as an Air Traffic Control officer in the United States Navy for 20 years. He served on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower during Desert Storm. He gallantly served on the USS Abraham Lincoln for two additional U.S. battles, The Gulf War and Iraqi Freedom. Craig received many military honors while dedicating his life to the US Navy and his beloved United States of America. He was a true patriot. A memorial service will be held to celebrate Craig’s life, at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, August 4, 2009. Services will be held at the Bear Valley Christian Church, 6800 W. Hampden Ave., Lakewood, Colorado. Military Honors will be bestowed at Fort Logan National Cemetary at 2:15 pm. Following the service, guests are invited to a reception at his aunt’s home in Littleton, Colorado.
