A much loved father, husband, brother, uncle and friend passed away Monday May 30th 2016. Kerry Stuart Davis was born in Panama City Florida September 15,1955. His family moved back to Colorado after his fathers tour in the Air Force. Kerry was raised in Littleton Colorado. He graduated from Arapahoe High School and then went on to serve in the United States Army. Kerry was an avid semi-pro bowler. He played on many leagues and in many tournaments. He used his love of bowling to teach kids as well as adults to bowl. He was also a very good chess player. Kerry met the love of his life Jenny Bernadette Arvizu and they married September 16, 2000. They were blessed with their daughter Maria Bernadette Davis on November 20, 2001. Kerry was a very devoted father and husband. He was very proud of his wife and daughter. Together, Kerry and Jenny made sure Maria was very involved in swimming, soccer and volleyball. As a family they were always on the go. For all of them a night at home was a rare treat. Kerry worked at Broadway Bowl and then moved on to Wells Fargo and finally on to Arrow Electronics where he was hoping to retire from. He amassed many friends along the way. Sweet, nice, a good man, a good friend, a good teacher, encouraging, patient, an angel, funny, quiet, devoted…all words people have used to describe how they felt about Kerry. He touched many people in many different ways. Words cannot describe how much he will be missed by so many who knew and loved him. Kerry is survived by his wife Jenny Davis, daughter Maria Davis, brother Rick, sister Laurel Leyba (Jack), nephews Michael Moran, Jeremy Davis (Kim), Zach Davis, Rafael Arvizu-Derr (Desirae) nieces Chelsea Davis and Talaya Derr-Lopez (Bernie). Kerry is also survived by his father and mother in law Rafael and Mary Arvizu as well as brother and sister in law John and Angela Derr. Kerry is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, many cousins, aunts, uncles as well as many friends. Kerry is preceded in death by his father Russell S Davis, mother Barbara L Davis, sister Becky McKay, nephew Jason Moran, grandparents Edgar and Laura Davis and Roy and Helen Tollen and sister in law Anna Rivera.
