January 17th, 1963 - September 28th, 2010
Richard John Floyd, age 47, of Westminster, CO, went to be with his Savior and Lord on September 28, 2010. He is survived by his son, Kyle John, with Margaret. He is survived by his daughter with Deb, Nici Stewart-Garcia and her husband Kelly, their children Kannon and Allyson. He is also survived by his mother, Karen Floyd. Rick was preceded in passing by his father, Jerry Floyd. He is also survived by sister Cindy and her husband Chuck, and by brother Mark and his wife Teri, and 4 nieces and nephews. Memorial service to be held at Tri-City Baptist Church, 6953 W. 92nd Lane, Westminster, CO 80021 on October 13, 2010 at 10:30 am. Military honors ceremony to follow at Ft. Logan National Cemetery at 2:15pm. Rick had an indescribable love for animals, especially his dogs who were truly man’s best friends. Rick is survived by his faithful companion, Chewie. He was preceded in passing by his beloved Lobech and Copper. Donations in lieu of flowers would be appreciated to the ASPCA or The Dumb Friends League. Posted by All-Veterans Funeral and Cremation
