Bill was born May 11, 1950, and passed away September 24, 2010, at the age of sixty. He is survived by his wife Teri, his sons Brock and Lucas Manley, his parents Walt and Marge, sister Marilyn Joerg, grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends. Bill had retired from the Pipefitters Union, Local 208. His expertise was in refrigeration and temperature control. Bill was a member of the National Guard for 6 1/2 years. Bill was born in California, grew up in Nebraska where he went to trade school. He spent most of his adult life in Littleton Colorado. Bill spent many years with his special needs son as a single parent. His uncomplaining dedication to his son spoke more to who he was than the talents he had to fix or create almost anything. His recent marriage to Teri was cut too short. In that short time the group of people that grew to love him was multiplied by more than any of us will ever know. Bill was funny, kind, smart, loving, loyal, hardworking, mischievous and good natured to all. After retirement, with his new wife they had joined a tractor club where Bill had wanted to restore his grandfathers and uncles tractors. There was enough hopes and dreams to last many lifetimes. He will be missed by many, some who never had the pleasure of meeting him.
