In Loving Memory of Mark Royal Bailey

Mark Bailey, 47, of McGregor, passed away on June 13, 2024. He was born on October 31, 1976, in Cloquet, Minnesota, to Mark Bailey and Julie Brigan. 

 

Mark graduated from Floodwood High. He married his wife, Eleisha, September 25, 1999. Mark enjoyed time with his family camping and fishing, and loved animals of all kinds. 

 

Mark worked on his uncle, Lee (Judy) Johnson’s farm, helping with cows, and loved doing hay!  Mark then started at Savannah Pallet in McGregor for over 15 years. August, 2012 - January 2013 he was a lift and heavy equipment operator in North Dakota helping on the oil fields.  His largest achievement and passion, besides his family, was his MMA career. 17 years MKG International Martial Arts “Mentor Drake Ritchie”.  

 

Mark was preceded in death by his grandparents, Brime and Blanch Bailey; uncle, Mike Bailey; aunts Judy (Lee) Johnson; mother-in-law, LaRae Belden; father-in-law, Donald Anderson. 

 

Mark is survived by his wife, Eleisha; children, Eleisha Lanae Bailey (Belden); children, Gabriel Jaren Bailey, Rylie Faith Bailey, Xavier Thomas Bailey; parents Mark H and Julie Ann Bailey; brother, Matthew Bailey; sister, Brandy Hays, and his minnow, Jasmin Bailey. 

 

There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date.
