Frank “Pat” B. Murphy Jr. 81, of Indialantic, Florida, passed away on June 13, 2024. Born on July 13, 1942, in El Paso, TX, he was a beloved partner, father, grandfather, and esteemed member of the community.
Pat, known for his passion for flying, camping, hunting, fishing, and golf, led a long life. He pursued his love for aviation as a Flight Test Pilot and Chief Engineer at Boeing. His dedication and expertise in the field left a lasting impact on those around him.
He is survived by his partner, Janet Plum, his children Kelly Spencer, Jason (Shana) Murphy, as well as his granddaughters Riley and Alivia Murphy, and grandson Keegan Murphy. He is also survived by his stepsons Michael and Brian Swanberg, step grandson Travis Swanberg and step granddaughters Nicole and Rachel Swanberg.
Pat Murphy Jr. will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his legacy of passion, dedication, and love for his family will continue to inspire those whose lives he touched.
