Sally Elizabeth (Heikkila) Crider passed away on July 10, 2003 in Fort Worth, TX at the age of 71. Sally was born February 29, 1932 in Cloquet , the daughter of Eino and Matilda Heikkila. She was joint owner of Wayne's Bait Shop on Doddrige Avenue in Cloquet for 27 years and then moved to Donna, TX where she resided with her husband, Roland Crider, for 22 years before moving to Fort Worth, TX in December, 2002. She was preceded in death by her parents, Matilda and Eino Heikkila of Cloquet; two children, Shelly Lynn and Cory Wayne Crider of Cloquet; five sisters, Ingrid Kendrick of Portland, OR, Taimi Lindgren of Tucson, AZ, Laura Ollila of Cloquet, Lillian Kesty of Tucson, AZ and Aune Utech of Duluth; two brothers, Sulo Heikkila of Green Valley, AZ and Laurie Heikkila of Mountain Home, AR. Sally was dearly loved by her family and friends and will surely be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Roland Crider of Fort Worth, TX; two daughters, Cynthia (Gene) Risdon of Saginaw, TX and Chris (Paul) Green of Azle, TX; three grandchildren, Lee Risdon of Aledo, TX, Ashley and Jessica Green of Azle, TX; a brother, Arnold (Barbara) Heikkila of Round Rock, TX; a step-daughter, Sandee (Joe) Brezinka of Andover, MN and three step grandchildren, Shane Perttula of Princeton, MN, Billy Jack Olsen of Finlayson, MN and Tammy Lindeen of Elk River, MN. A graveside service was held Saturday, August 2, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cloquet, followed by a time of fellowship and luncheon in the Fireside Room of Northland Funeral Home. Arrangements entrusted to Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th Street, Cloquet, MN.
