Michelle Livia Haas

Michelle Livia Haas, 46, Lawton, Okla., passed away Aug. 1, 2005 in Norman, Okla. She was born Oct. 24, 1958 in Cloquet to Eugene and Anita (Kummala) Gaslin. Michelle was raised in Minnesota and married Mark Haas in San Antonio, Texas on Aug. 30, 1985. Michelle enjoyed reading and fishing and volunteered with the Girl Scouts and at the Lawton elementary school. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father; a son, Jamey Pasko; her step-father, Bill Pasko; one brother, Michael Gaslin and her maternal grandparents, Arthur and Mamie Kummala. Michelle is survived by her husband, Mark, of Lawton, Okla.; her twins, John William Haas and Sarah Gabrielle Haas of the home; her mother, Anita (Robert) Fountain of Cloquet, Minn.; her mother and father-in-law, John and Janice Haas of N.J.; three brothers, Marty (Carolyn) Gaslin of Ellsworth, Wis., John (Karen) Pasko, of London Mills, Ill.; Arthur Pasko of Campbell, Minn.; one sister, Manya (Ron) Teorey of Columbia Heights, Minn., and a host of other relatives and friends. VISITATION:5-7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 7, 2005 in Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th Street, Cloquet. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8, 2005 at Maple Grove Cemetery followed by refreshments in the Fireside Room of the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Haas Children Scholarship Fund.
