James B. Whitney (Blair) Born 11/4/1942, departed 12/6/2021. Blair passed away suddenly on December 6, 2021. He is survived by his wife of 55 yrs., Kathy; daughters, Claudette (David) Whitney-Ventrella, Michelle (Gregary) Vincent, and Dania Whitney; 8 grandchildren; and 3 + great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Louise Whitney, and brothers, Brian and Thomas. Blair proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. He retired from the UST in St. Paul. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed league bowling until the time of his passing. Funeral Service 2 PM Friday, December 10 at Willwerscheid Funeral Home, 1167 Grand Ave., St. Paul.
