James Patrick Garvey of Shoreview, MN passed away on Sunday February 28thb , 2021. Born in St. Paul, MN on January 28th, 1957 to Jeanne and Richard Garvey. Jim served in the US Army and was a retired postal carrier of the Roseville Post Office. Jim is survived by daughters Kimberly Garvey, Jeanine Garvey, and Amanda Garvey. He is also survived by his brother Thomas Garvey and his wife Andrea Garvey. Jim also leaves behind six grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and many beloved nieces and nephews. Jim is preceded in death by his parents Jeanne and Richard Garvey, and brothers Richard, Gerry, and John. Burial with with Military Honors will be held at 10:30AM, Monday, March 8, 20121 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Meet in Assembly Lane #2 at 10:15AM.
