Jacueline Bonfe

(nee St. Marie) Age 77, of St. Paul, MN Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on February 7, 2016 after a 7-year battle with Alzheimer’s. Preceded in death by parents William and Lucille St. Marie; sister Jeanne O’Neil Berglund; infant brothers Charlie and Thomas; father-in-law Samuel Bonfe Sr.; mother-in-law Lucille Bonfe; brother-in-law Samuel Bonfe, Jr.; and sister-in-law Marty Bonfe. Survived by her husband of 56 years, Roger A. Bonfe; children Susan (John) Dimke, Shari (Mike) Rantz, Tony (Mary), and Tom (Shella); grandchildren Ryan (Christen), T.J. (Carley), Natalie, Nick, Brian, Talia, Rachel, Jake, Luke, Michael, Jack, and Abbey; 2 great-grandchildren; brother William (Debbie) St. Marie; sister Dorothy Franzen; brothers-in-law George, Wally (Suzanne), and Joe (Jill) Bonfe; many nieces, nephews, and friends in both Minnesota and Naples, Florida. Jackie was a 1956 graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy. She was a former owner and worked at Bonfe Auto Service and Body Repair in St. Paul for 25 years, and an avid golfer with 3 hole-in-ones. She was a former member of Mendakota Country Club for 28 years and Vanderbilt Beach Country Club in Naples, FL. We want to thank the staff at Shoreview Senior Living Memory Care unit and Interim Hospice for all their loving care and help to the family. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30AM Friday at the Church of St. Odilia, 3495 Victoria St. N., Shoreview. Visitation 4-8PM Thursday at Willwerscheid Funeral Home, 1167 Grand Ave., St. Paul, 651-228-1006 and at church 1 hour before the Mass. Burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer’s Association.
