Anthony Johnson, 32 of Cloquet died on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 in his home. Anthony worked for L&M for 7 years and most recently at the DECC. He enjoyed basketball, baseball, wrestling, watching football and most important being a father. Anthony was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Victor and Julia Meger; paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Marylis Johnson; and an aunt, Lynn Willoughby. He is the father of two sons, Kelly and Little Tony both of Cloquet, and is also survived by his mother, Gloria (Brian Granlund) Heikkinen of Cloquet; his father, Vern Johnson of St. Paul; sister, Tammi Johnson of Duluth; niece, Anesha Jones of Duluth; nephew, Lance Young of Duluth; best friend, Casey Dayton of Cloquet; two very special ladies, Missy DeFoe and Cammie Stangel both of Cloquet; and a circle of friends. Funeral Services were held on Monday, February 2, 2009 in Atkins-Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th Street, Cloquet.
