Evelyn R. Lockman, 83, of Cloquet, MN went to her home in Heaven on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012 after a brief illness. She was born on August 21, 1929 in Badoura Township to Ralph and Nora Sheppard. She married the love her life, Ronald Lockman on April 6, 1947. They moved to Cloquet in 1952 and lived in the area ever since. She was a homemaker and mother to her two sons, Ralph and Robert. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald in 1987; her parents; two sisters, Bernice Wittnebel and Elizabeth Werner; and nephew, Tom Wittnebel. She is survived by her sons, Ralph (Carol) of Duluth and Robert (Patti) of Carlton; grandsons, Wes (Sheila) Lockman and Jordan (Alisa) Lockman; great grandchildren, Max and Anna Lockman; niece, Nancy (Paul) Pederson; nephew, Greg (Kathy) Wittnebel, aunt, Toots Greniger and several cousins and friends at Larson Commons. Visitation was held on Saturday December 8, 2012 in Atkins-Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th St. Cloquet, MN. Spring graveside service will be in the Akeley Cemetery in Akeley, Mn.
