Arlette Jean Marie Alcarez
May 11th, 1935 - July 27th, 2024
Our dear mother, Arlette Jean Marie Alcarez sadly passed away on July 27, 2024 in Monterey, CA. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her the most, offering support, wisdom and love in abundance. The depth of love and happiness she shared will forever remain in our hearts.
Arlette was born in Limoge, France on 05/11/1935 to Marcel Brousseau and Antoinette Lallier. She lived in the United States for 55 years. She was a seamstress in Carmel for 28 years. A devoted sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Arlette was the heart of the family and she will be dearly missed. She raised five children, Myriam, King, Soraya, Demario and JJ. She is survived by her 5 children, 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be at Mission Mortuary in Monterey on August 15th from 2 to 5 pm.
The funeral will be held the following day on August 16th at 11am at City of Monterey Cemetery, Cementerio El Encinal.
