In loving memory of Ronald Edward Sanchez “Ron/Ronnie”, who passed away peacefully at home with his family on September 12, 2024.
Ronald was born in Winslow, Arizona to Joe Sanchez and Lillian Candelaria Sanchez on December 21, 1960. He is preceded in death by his parents Joe Sanchez and Lillian Candelaria Sanchez, his older brothers Johnny Sanchez, Jeffrey Sanchez and younger brother Danny Sanchez. Ronald was joined in death shortly after with his son, Robert Sanchez.
He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Sanchez, his siblings Geri, Linda, Ginger, Joe and Stephen, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews, and many cousins.
The Sanchez family will forever cherish the gift and memories of being with him in his final days. Ronald lived a life full of dedication, adventure, and love. His compassionate spirit and steadfast dedication to those he cared for leave behind a legacy that will forever be cherished by his family and friends. Ronald was well-known for his unwavering work ethic, laboring tirelessly to provide for his family. His career was a testament to his ambitious nature, and he took great joy in his ability to retire just months before his passing. His generosity and loyalty were evident in the way he cared for his family. Ronald found joy in life's simple pleasures—hunting and fishing being his passions. Whether crafting his own hunting/fishing tools or enjoying football and basketball season, he dedicated much of his time to pursuits he loved. Remarkably honest and funny, Ronald's personality endeared him to many. Yet, it was with his family that his true joy was found; time spent with them was the highlight of his life.
The Sanchez family will come together to celebrate Ronald’s life on October 12th, 2024, at 11 AM. This gathering will be an opportunity for all who knew him to honor his life and the indelible mark he left on our hearts. Ronald's legacy of hard work, generosity, and devotion lives on in the memories of those who loved and knew him. He will be missed and remembered dearly.
