Sussie Ann Greene Miles, 76, of Evington, VA, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at Chase City Health & Rehab facility. She was the wife of Thomas Harold Miles for 57 years. 

Born January 23, 1948, in Boone, NC, she was the daughter of the late Willard M. Greene and Ethel Marie Price Greene. She was retired from Rainbow Bakery Store and attended Yellow Branch Baptist Church. She loved the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. Other activities included playing bingo and watching NASCAR races where she was a huge fan of Jimmy Johnson. She also loved puppies and all animals.  

In addition to her husband, Tommy, she is survived by two sons; William Miles (Karen) and Richard Miles (Lisa), all of Evington, VA; one step grandchild, Jason Stephens (Katie) and one great grandchild, Lelia Stephens; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy F. Greene, and Jessie J. Greene. 

A graveside service will be held Monday, November 18, 2024, at 1:00 PM in Virginia Memorial Park with Pastor Tim Wilde officiating.
