Helen Louise Tomlinson Dressel 1937-2024 Helen Louise Tomlinson Dressel of Winter Haven, FL passed away peacefully on November 18, 2024 at Haines City Rehabilitation and Nursing Home. Born on February 20, 1937 in Dundee, FL to Audrey “Buck” and Flossie Mae Tomlinson, she was the middle of three daughters. 

She attended Haines City High School and was a member of the Hornets band and then went on to junior college. While working at Cypress Gardens as a member of the water ski team, she was elected Tangerine Bowl Queen. 

Highlights included the role of mom to her only daughter Melissa, and the grandmother to her two grandchildren Dennis and Brittany. Spending any holiday with all her loved ones and summers at Vero Beach with them meant so much. A very happy part of her life was her move to Tallahassee to follow her grandson's FSU baseball career. She is preceded in death by her parents Audrey “Buck” Tomlinson and Flossie Mae Tomlinson, her sister Shirley Tomlinson of Winter Haven and two late husband's Roy E Moore Jr of Canaan, New York and C.L. Jerry Dressel of Lake Placid, FL. 

Survived by daughter Melissa Ann Moore of Haines City, FL, two grandchildren Dennis Guinn Jr of Winter Haven and Brittany Reynolds of Davenport, four great grandchildren, sister Joetta Meyer of Orlando, five nieces and nephews, seven great nieces and nephews and one great- great nephew. 

She was such an important part of her family and will be missed dearly.
