Marleen Dorothy Burch, a devoted and cherished pillar of her family, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2024, in Rockledge, Florida, at the age of 76. Born on October 3, 1948, in Stafford, Connecticut, Marleen's life was a testament to love, honesty, and the strength of familial bonds. 

Marleen was predeceased by her beloved husband of more than 50 years, Michael A. Burch. Together, they built a legacy of unwavering support and warmth for their family. She is survived by her sons, Michael, Robert (Janette), and Jeffrey, who will forever cherish the memory of their mother's love and guidance. Her brother, Robert E. Sabbidas, and her sister, Vern Silver, remain as steadfast connections to her early years in Stafford.

 A proud grandmother, Marleen ardently loved her grandchildren—Madison, McKenna, Samantha, Chloe, Vivian, and Athena. Each grandchild held a special place in her heart, and she relished every moment spent with them, imparting wisdom and joy. Her presence will also be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews—Dionne, Colene, David, Jason, and Jimmy—who were all touched by her generosity and sincerity.

 Marleen was a remarkable woman, respected for her outspokenness and admired for her loyal and honest nature. Her love for dogs was only rivaled by her passion for engaging in lively conversations with her family. Endowed with a keen ability to bring people together, she turned simple gatherings into cherished memories. Throughout her life, Marleen graced those around her with her reliability and caring disposition. In every interaction, she instilled a sense of belonging and trust, establishing her as a person upon whom others could always rely.
