Sandra "Sandy" Lee Figueiredo
February 10th, 1946 - December 1st, 2024
Sandra (Sandy) Lee Figueiredo of 78 yrs old, Passed Away on the evening of December 1, 2024, at Her Home in Grant, Fl. surrounded by Her Loving Family after a brief illness. She's survived by Her Husband of 62 yrs, Orlando A. Figueiredo, along with 4 Children - Orlando A. Figueiredo Jr of Colorado Springs, Co., Jason E. Figueiredo of Redington Shores, Fl, Diana Lee Timpano of Beacon Falls, Ct. and Tammy Marie Figueiredo of Grant, Fl. She was also a grandmother of seven and a new Great-Grandmother. She was born on February 10, 1946, in Bridgeport, Ct to Rubin and Martha Perry Luttrell and enjoyed Traveling, both domestic and International. Sandy was an Amazing, Dedicated and Loving Wife of 62 yrs marrying at a very young age of 17. She met her husband Orlando in Bridgeport, Ct and were married in Troy, Al. while her husband was serving in the US Army Aviation. Throughout her married years she enjoyed living in various parts of the United States and Internationally. She enjoyed the opportunity of residing in Wells, Austria for 2 yrs and in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil for 8 years becoming fluent both in German and Portuguese languages. Sandy enjoyed her career of 30 plus years as an LPN (Nurse), which she practiced while in the US. She enjoyed Life to the Fullness and Departed before Her Time. Sandy was a Wonderful and Dedicated Wife, Mother, Grandmother and a new Great Grandmother.
Had the Biggest Heart there ever was and was Always Open to Everyone. She treated everyone with respect and always went out of Her way to please those She Loved. She endured several health disabilities issues and went through her adult life accepting them, carrying that heavy cross and never complaining. She was a Remarkable Person that was Loved by anyone that met Her. I Was Always Proud to Have Her by My Side.
To My Darling Wife of 62 years: Honey, You Have Had My Heart for All of these Years and You Are Now Taking It with You, but when My Time Comes, I'll Come Looking for You and Get It Back.
Honey, “Just Remember I Love You” and Always Will. You Will Be Dearly Missed
May Your Eternal Journey Lead You to the Loved Ones that departed before You and Enjoy a Joyful Encounter.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024 from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Ammen Family Cremation & Funeral Care located at 950 Malabar Rd. SE, Palm Bay, Florida (next to 7Brews).
